Return for Repair Within 90 Days of Purchase
I guarantee every piece of jewelry is free from defects in materials and craftsmanship prior to leaving the studio. Within 90 days of purchase, I will either repair or replace any item that I determine is in need of repair due to an inherent defect in materials or craftsmanship. In this case, the repair or replacement that I offer you will be at no charge to you.
Proper care and handling of your jewelry is necessary to prevent your jewelry from being dropped or damaged, but accidents do happen. If determination is made that your jewelry is in need of repair as a result of your daily activities or due to being accidentally damaged, I am happy to provide you a quote for the cost of the repair, so that you can enjoy your jewelry again.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping your item for repair, but as long as I receive all original parts of the jewelry, and I determine that the repair is necessary due to an inherent defect in materials or craftsmanship, there will be no charge for the repair or for shipping the item back to you. I will contact you with my determination after having received the jewelry and inspected it.
If a number of original parts of the jewelry are missing, or broken, or the jewelry is in need of repair as a result of accidental damage, please provide specifics when you contact me, so we can discuss the repair options available to you along with an approximate cost cost for repair based on the information you have provided me.
Note that I will not be able to provide you an exact quote for the repair until I receive the item and examine its condition in order to determine the extent of the repair needed, including the cost for replacing any parts missing or damaged.

I am often able to repair older items; however, if some parts of the jewelry are missing or beyond repair, I may not be able to obtain the same materials used in the original piece. Upon receipt of your jewelry, I will inspect the item to determine whether it can be repaired. If it can be, I will provide you with a quote via email for the materials and labor charge, and a quote for shipping the item to you after repair. I will need your acceptance of, and payment for, the repair and shipping charges before making any repairs.

If I am unable to repair an item to its original design for any reason, I will contact you to discuss any options available to you that may enable you to enjoy the remaining components from your original design in a new piece of jewelry. If you wish to have the remaining components incorporated into a new piece of jewelry, I will provide you a quote for the associated costs, along with the cost of shipping the redesigned item back to you. I will need your acceptance of, and payment for, the redesign and shipping charges before beginning work on the piece or returning it back to you.
You will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges for returning an item to you that is beyond repair, and that you do not wish to have redesigned.
