Refund and Exchange Policy
Within 14 days of the order date, you or your gift recipient may return an item that is in perfect condition, just as you received it, in exchange for another item or for a refund of the original purchase price (plus any applicable sales tax) as long as the condition of the item meets the following criteria:
An item presented for refund or exchange must be in original, unworn condition, with all tags still attached (earrings must be on original earring display cards with tags and earring backs) and must be secured with tissue paper inside the custom gift box — just as when you received it.

Items that meet all criteria for a refund will receive a credit for the purchase price and applicable tax (if any). Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment, unless you received the item as a gift, in which case a gift certificate will be mailed to you for the amount due.
Shipping Items for Refund or Exchange
All returns for refund or exchange must have a return authorization number (RA#). Refunds and exchanges will not be made for items received without an RA#.

Reason for requesting the return/exchange
As appropriate, the item you would like to receive in exchange, and if applicable, a payment method for any additional difference in price between the item(s) that you are returning, and the item(s) you would like in exchange, along with payment for the shipping and handling charges.
You will receive a return authorization number and shipping address by email.
I must receive the item(s) within 10 days from the date you receive the RA#. The RA# must be written clearly on the outside of the shipping box.
Items must be securely packaged in a shipping box with appropriate padding and shipped with tracking service and delivery signature required. I also recommend you insure the package; refunds/exchanges will not be issued for packages lost in transit.
You are responsible for paying any charges for shipping your return and the shipping and handling fees associated with receiving an item in exchange.
